Glimmer was created for women who know their health matters, but feel overwhelmed by where to start or what actually works.

In a world full of noise, extremes, and conflicting advice, Glimmer is about something quieter and more sustainable. Small shifts. Real change. The kind that fits into real life.

A glimmer is a subtle signal. A moment of clarity, relief, or possibility. In health, glimmers are the small, intentional choices that begin to change how you feel in your body and your life. Not all at once. Not perfectly. But consistently.

Glimmer exists to help women notice those moments, build on them, and turn them into lasting habits around nutrition, recovery, stress, and overall health.

About Adrea Reed

I help women make sense of their health without turning it into another source of pressure.

My path here has not been linear, and that matters. Long before I ever called myself a health or nutrition coach, I spent years teaching movement, supporting people through physical and emotional change, and watching how stress, habits, and expectations show up in the body. I have taught over a thousand hours of yoga, Pilates, and barre, worked with individuals and groups, and spent countless hours listening to what women are actually struggling with, not just what they think they should be doing.

Alongside that work, I built a career in the corporate world, where performance, productivity, and constant demands are part of daily life. I saw firsthand how stress and pressure quietly shape health, habits, and energy over time. That experience deeply informs how I coach today. Change rarely comes from doing more or trying harder. It comes from understanding your reality, asking better questions, and creating space for progress that actually fits into your life.
